objectives.
2.  The indigenous biological resources to which this letter relates may not be utilized for bioprospecting without prior notification of the South African Nagoya Protocol Focal Point and subsequent compliance with the provisions of NEMBA and the Bioprospecting, Access and Benefit Sharing (BABS) Regulations.

To export Octocorallia soft coral samples to Erica Tovela at the Natural History Museum Maputo, Mozambique for the purpose of bona fide research only.
